What payment methods are accepted?
You can use Visa or Mastercard. No cash or tipping accepted. While your gratuity is greatly appreciated, we are here to serve you and do not expect to receive compensation from our guests. Instead please consider sharing your wonderful experience with us by leaving a review on our website, Facebook, or Google.
What is the rate/pricing?
$1.75 USD per mile traveled for 10 miles or over.
$3.oo USD per mile traveled for 10 miles or under.
$25 USD per hour to stay with customer during doctors appointment in addition to mileage cost.
How do I schedule/book a ride?
Please submit the forum on the home page of the website and someone will reach out to you within one business day.
What will I be riding in?
We use a Kia Sedona minivan.
What is maximum number of guests permitted?
We can seat up to six passengers at one time.
What is the driver's level of experience?
David Dennis has over a decade of professional experience in driving a box truck with Giant Food and has delivered to customers homes across the DMV region.
How is this service different from ridesharing?
Hicir Transportation provides a more personal and upscale experience where guests are provided complimentary wifi and refreshments while enjoying a comfortable and safe ride to their destination.
Can my driver wait for me at the destination?
Yes! However, please contact us if you need extra time. As we want to be on time for all of our clients.
We are happy to accommodate your furry friends as long as they are secured in a carrier and/or have proof of requirement for disability i.e. service dog.
May I bring my pet?
Is the ride wheelchair accessible?
